Together with the development of the production of typical Tuscan cured meats managed by us, over the years we thought to create in that falling house a tourist accommodation with characteristics not common to those already present in the territory that could stand out for the services offered (typical Tuscan territory, wide open rural spaces, wellness, relaxation and last but not least the opportunity for guests to taste our cold cuts).
For some time we were enchanted by the view of that unique place where uncontrolled nature had created a particular and unrepeatable context.
As soon as the opportunity came we decided to buy the property consisting of a crumbling rural house and with a large land abandoned for years, a disaster.
